Greg – What happens to my assignment if I get accidentally get hurt on the job?

    A

If life threatening, you go directly to the emergency room!

If not life threatening, it is imperative that you call your Convergence Recruiter immediately so that he or she can assist you in identifying a clinic in your area for treatment.

After treatment is identified, he will help you complete our Incident Report. That report will be forwarded to our Director of Nursing and she will immediately begin the process with Worker’s Compensation.

If you are unable to return to your assignment, we will have you return home. Your recruiter is committed to help you through your recuperation and get you back on assignment as soon as you are released,  but that is possible ONLY IF these steps are followed.
