Suspect Housing

Greg – A friend took an assignment with another company that provided her housing.  When she arrived she was not happy with the location – dangerous – and the condition of the apartment – dirty.  How would you handle this?

This scenario is not acceptable at Convergence!

If our Traveler accepts our housing vs taking a stipend, rest assured we will do all we can to meet expectations.

First of all we would move our traveler to a hotel while investigating the problem. Then, we may ask for her help with photo documentation while we work with the landlord to have the problems resolved.

If the location is the problem, then we will find new housing in a better location.
