Meet Yolanda W-M, a highly skilled RN with a personality leaving you wanting more each and every time you speak with her. Yolanda is currently on assignment in the St. Charles, MO area. Though her specialization is in the ER, Yolanda will tell you that her specialty is instead “caring for my patients and saving lives.” Spoken like a true nurse!

Meet Josh M., ER RN, Convergence Medical Staffing Featured Traveler for the Month of February! Josh is a native of Asheville, N.C., worked in the ER for over six years, and has been a Travel Nurse for about two years.
He chose travel nursing because ” I love to travel and see the country”. He has traveled in North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada and is currently on assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. Josh continues, “Meeting new people from all walks of life is gratifying.”
That’s because Sherry P., our Featured Travel for March, is a Radiology Technologist! With 13 years of experience in her field, Sherry is relatively new to the travel industry. Although she has traveled for only nine months, starting in her home state of MA and currently on assignment in Georgia, Sherry is fast becoming a pro!
For Angela K, an LPN from Lafollette, Tennessee, just a little bit of her southern charm paves the way for a happy travel assignment. With 20 years of experience in Geriatrics, Angela is currently on an assignment in New Hampshire where she and her facility were so happy with her work, she was able to extend at the same location.
Mark these words: “if anyone can make someone smile, it’s Ruby G.” This fun-loving LPN has the energy of a child, the spirit of angel, and one of the most positive outlooks we have ever encountered. Originally from South Point, Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) she now calls suburban Boston home – but is currently on assignment in Vermont. Ruby has been in healthcare for over 30 years and has practiced as an LPN for 20 years of those years specializing in Geriatrics. Of course, she loves what she does!
Our featured traveler for June is a Midwestern girl with 15 years of nursing under her buckle. Combining her passion for Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby with old fashioned horse sense and excellent care, Kim is successful with her young charges both on and off the farm. After relocating to Florida with 12 horses in tow (some of them babies themselves) Kim ultimately decided to satisfy her curiosity for travel nursing and joined the Convergence team. She’s been with us for a year now, and loves the lifestyle!
Our Featured Traveler for July is a Registered Respiratory Therapist – Meet Cheryl H! Cheryl has been practicing Respiratory Therapy for 37 years and LOVES her profession. In fact, Cheryl claims that in those 37 years she has never not wanted to go into work. She loves taking care of her patients like they were her family – and her family and her eleven grandchildren are the most important things in her life. Patients are just a very close second!
Originally from California, our Featured Traveler for August grew up in New York and later relocated to the Midwest. This 19 year veteran RN (17 of which spent in the OR) calls Illinois home but is currently working a travel assignment in Iowa that she loves so much, she has extended it several times!
